Pieces come back to us the way they left: unworn, unwashed, untouched. Parcels that wander back unannounced won't make it home.

How to start a return

Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and photos of any issues.

Wait for approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without confirmation will not be accepted.

Condition

All items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Damaged, stained, or altered items will not be accepted.

Shipping

Return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Contact us as early as possible.
